For the last few years we have been putting up two trees. We bought a huge one a couple of years ago that we put in our living room. We also had a really small one that we put in the family room. Well this year, I decided I really missed having a real tree. So we went out in a snow storm on Saturday morning to buy a tree for the family room. Kyler loves to help decorate it. He helped with the other one too while Addie took off the decorations. This time she decided she was more interested in posing for the camera than undecorating the tree. This tree is fun it is our random tree with all the ornaments that we have collected over the years. The only downfall to the real tree is a have to keep the dog from drinking the water out of it!

Real trees are so wonderful and buying one in a snow storm sounds very romantic, though it was probably just cold.
i love the smell of real trees!! AND cool to have a tree that you can use all of those random decorations! :)
I love decorating a christmas tree, I kinda wish i had a real one.
