We were out tearing out our vegetable garden for the winter, and Christie spotted our backyard buddy. Ever since we moved into our home we see them at least once or twice a summer. We find that having the Praying Mantis in our yard is a good sign for our family, and our veggies. HAHA.

Why? They are awesome, they eat the other Really creepy bugs.
True, but they still are creep looking to me.
Creepy looking maybe, but look at them. Don't they just look like they have been around since the beginning of time? That is flippin SCHWEET!
Did you know that the females eat the males after mating? Still creepy to me. :c)
